COMPENSATION:
In addition to being a part of a dynamic professional environment, working at The Chloe comes with competitive compensation. You can expect an hourly rate of $15 to $18 per hour.
In our commitment to creating a fair and equitable work environment, The Chloe operates a shared house for tips (FOH daily, BOH weekly). We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication and are dedicated to creating an environment supporting personal and professional growth.
REQUIREMENTS
To join our team as a Front Desk Agent at The Chloe, you should meet the following criteria:
- Ability to work at least three shifts a week.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk hotel work.
- A belief in treating everyone with kindness and respect, from your fellow team members throughout the property to each guest.
- An upbeat, optimistic, and hospitable demeanor.
- A willingness to work collaboratively is essential to a fantastic team.
- Commit to learning and growing in your role, taking on increased responsibilities.
- A passion for food, beverages, and hospitality.
- Reliability and accountability in your work.
- The ability to stand on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A creative and engaged approach to your craft.
